Balloons by Francine

Francine Miller has been twisting balloons professionally since 2014. What started out as a whim to entertain her son has snow balled into a full blown job. Realizing early on that she had a knack for picking up the designs or creating new ones, she has embraced her new found passion and wants to share it with others. Francine has attended several professional workshops and conventions to further her education and training by studying with some of the top minds in her field. Since starting her new career she has performed with Magical Solutions at Beach Street USA, Virginia Beach Town Center, Peninsula Town Center, the new Waterside District and many other locations. As a solo artist her work has been seen at Monster Fest, Mars Con, White's Nursery, Chubby's Pumpkin Patch in addition to many private events and birthday parties. She has been seen wearing her balloon dress creations at both the opening and closing events of The Art of Burning Man at The Hermitage Museum and Gardens as well as during the Kings Grant Civic League Fourth of July Parade.
