CAPE CHARLES / CHESAPEAKE BAY KOA RESORT & Sunset Beach Bar and Grille Performance Instructions Check in at the front office at the Sunset Beach Hotel. They will provide you with parking passes to get into the KOA and directions to drive to the restaurant bar. • You can use the deck ramp to bring equipment to the bar deck under the tent or inside if th weather requires it. • WE ARE A FAMILY CAMPGROUND. All music and behavior should be family-friendly. Anyone not behaving properly will be asked to leave unpaid. • We are not responsible for falls or injuries. • Power hookups are available on the bar deck. • We are not responsible for equipment failure or power surge. Please bring a surge protector to protect your equipment. • You are responsible for set up and clean up. • No outside food or drink is allowed on the deck (coolers, etc.) • No free drinks or food can be given out as publicity or an incentive for customers
